Senior Sales Representative _ Jordan
POSITION DESCRIPTION
- Works in close relation with the Commercial Manager on implementing sales plans and reaching sales targets in respective segment.
- Performs client visits to keep constant contacts.
- Visits and answers in a timely manner all clients’ requests regarding any information, offers, and product claims.
- Maintains and expands existing customer’s portfolio to be in line with company growth strategies.
- Coordinates with sales coordinators and sales representatives all clients’ sales orders to ensure proper order placement.
- Prepares presentations for clients on all products whenever needed.
- Follow up on collections to make sure all sales dues are collected within the agreed period.
- Provides feedback for the Commercial Manager regarding the product range and selling prices of products.
- Recognizes problems related to products and reacts quickly and effectively to resolve them, in coordination with management and technical staff.
- Participates in commercial and Sales meetings and sales Seminars.
- Forecasts the future sales results based on current sales activities.
- Provides feedback regarding product quality compared to original product specifications, and proposes changes to meet customers’ and the market’s requirements.
- Provides technical support to Project Managers, Foremen and Technicians when needed to ensure proper understanding and application of the products.
- Assumes responsibility for all sales activities in a given market sector of the sales representatives in case of their absence.
- Reports on a weekly basis sound sales reports according to company standards.
- Reports all information regarding sales activities, customers gained and lost, competitive activities, and results of marketing programs to management.
POSITION REQUIREMENT
- 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar position.
- BA in business Administration or equivalent.
- Good command of the Arabic and English languages.
- Good command of basic computer skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal Skills.
- High sense of responsibility, discipline and confidentiality.
- Ability to cope with stress and meet tight deadlines.
- Management and Organizational Skills.
